Project Location: Liaohe Reclamation Area, Siping City. Purpose: Air Membrane Complex Specification: 35*60m and 35*85m
Project Introduction: The two air membrane structures are connected by a steel structure transition space. The air membranes adopt a double-layer insulation cotton structure, with horizontal steel cables laid on the exterior. Each air membrane is equipped with 1 revolving door, 2 emergency doors, and 1 logistics door. Light transmission strips are installed on the top of the air membranes.
The membrane material is PVDF with excellent self-cleaning performance. Air pillow light transmission strips are adopted on the top for high-efficiency light transmission and air insulation, while other membrane surfaces are fully light-shielding. The inner and outer membranes form cavity air pillows through high-frequency welding technology. Combined with insulation cotton, it ensures daily lighting inside the membrane and achieves overall building thermal insulation, delivering outstanding energy-saving effects.
Steel Cables: Uniformly distributed horizontal steel cable reinforcement technology is used to disperse stress on the membrane surface.
Foundation: Reinforced concrete foundation is adopted.
Lighting: Chandelier-style with soft, glare-free interior light, suitable for various sports venues.
Intelligent Control System: Real-time monitoring via mobile APP, checking wind speed, air pressure, temperature, humidity and PM2.5, equipped with backup power supply.
Access Control: Equipped with revolving doors, emergency doors and interlocking logistics doors.
Fresh Air & Air Conditioning System: Fresh air system filters PM2.5; air conditioning system meets summer cooling demands.
Modular Assembly & Installation: Membranes, access control, electrical equipment and steel cables are all factory-finished modular products.
