气膜建筑的日常维护主要包括气压、温度、天气情况、照明以及膜结构检查等，其中保证压力在设定的范围内是维持气膜建筑正常运行的关键。如果室内外气压差值异常，将会影响气膜建筑的稳定性，使之不足以抵抗强风和大雪。
在雨季、雪季来临之前，气膜管理人员要安排专业人员对充气膜结构进行检查和维护，确保膜材表面完整无破损和排水系统正常排水；在恶劣天气时将馆内的气压等参数调试成能抵御风雪的模式；在恶劣天气过后，应当再次安排人员对膜建筑进行检查，防止因雨水过大造成零件生锈等损坏，排除安全隐患。
